SHIPPING
Every Ember Heritage product is made with care, often in limited production runs.
Shipping timelines vary by product and availability. In-stock orders are prepared for shipment as promptly as possible. Estimated shipping dates for pre-sale items are provided on their individual product pages.
When your order ships, you'll receive confirmation and tracking information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns of eligible Ember Heritage finished goods within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns.
Refunds include the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
We want you to be happy with the fit and feel of your purchase.
If you need a different size or would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Ember Heritage covers standard shipping for one replacement shipment within the contiguous United States.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that every size or item will be available.
If an exchange isn't possible, you may return the item under our standard return policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue and cover applicable shipping costs.
PRE-SALE ORDERS
Some Ember Heritage products are offered for pre-sale before production is complete.
Full payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Estimated completion and shipping dates are provided on individual product pages. Production timelines may change as materials move through the manufacturing process.
Customers may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before their pre-sale order ships.
We will communicate significant production delays and provide applicable cancellation and refund options.

That's why Ember Heritage offers both a lifetime craftsmanship warranty and a lifetime repair service for our branded finished goods.
LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY
We stand behind the materials and workmanship of everything we make.
If a defect in materials or construction develops during the useful life of an Ember Heritage product, we'll evaluate the issue and repair it at no charge whenever practical.
If a covered defect cannot reasonably be repaired, we'll provide a replacement of comparable value or a refund, as appropriate.
Our craftsmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from ordinary wear, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.
LIFETIME REPAIR SERVICE
A worn elbow. A damaged seam. A torn blanket binding.
Years of use leave their mark. They shouldn't necessarily mean the end of a good piece.
We offer lifetime repair support for Ember Heritage finished goods, with repairs performed at cost whenever practical.
Much of this work is handled in our Montana workshop, with additional specialist support when needed.
To request a repair, contact us with photographs and a description of the damage. We'll assess the item, discuss the available options, and provide an estimate before any work begins.
Repairs are subject to the condition of the item, availability of suitable materials, and practical repair limitations.
For repairs outside the craftsmanship warranty, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

WHAT WE MEAN BY LIFETIME
Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty applies for the reasonable useful life of an Ember Heritage product.
The useful life of a product depends on its materials, construction, care, and use. It does not necessarily extend for the lifetime of the purchaser.
Our lifetime repair service remains available for as long as a product can reasonably be repaired, subject to the availability of materials and repair capabilities.
